This 6 inch lead free MasterSeries(R) configurable reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly help protect against high hazard (toxic) fluids in water services to industrial installations and applications. This valve features a longer lay-length for drop-in replacement of competitor’s Z-pattern valves. This assembly without the shutoff valves consists of a lead free body, test cocks, spring loaded check valves and a pressure differential relief valve. Improved with a stainless-steel relief valve seat, these rugged assemblies yield greater dependability and extended valve life. This backflow assembly contains an integrated flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert(R) technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When activated through an add-on sensor connection kit, the flood sensor can send an alert to notify personnel about potential flooding. Add-on sensor connection kits are available for BMS and cellular communications.
